Who we are

AgentAsked is a decision-support tool for real-estate brokers, operated by [To be provided — legal name and address of the company · D-02].

Information we process

• Brokers (users): name, email, role in the brokerage, password stored only as a cryptographic hash.
• Buyers, entered by their broker: name, optional contact details (email, phone), search criteria, notes, visits, feedback and broker observations.
• Properties: listing data imported or entered by the brokerage.
• No IP address is stored in the database. It is used temporarily (60 seconds) to limit sign-in attempts and may appear in our hosting provider's technical logs.

Why we use it

To provide the service to the brokerage: remember buyers' needs, explain property matches and suggest next actions to the broker.

Artificial intelligence

Some analyses are produced with Cloudflare Workers AI (Llama 3.3 model). Before each request, email addresses, phone numbers and the buyer's name are removed from the text sent.

An AI suggestion is never applied automatically: only the broker can accept, correct or ignore it, and every decision is kept in the history.

Hosting and providers

Data is hosted by Cloudflare (Workers, D1 database, R2 storage). The database is in Cloudflare's "Eastern North America" region, possibly outside Québec.

We sell no information and use no third-party advertising or audience-analytics tools.

Cookies

One strictly necessary cookie: the "agentasked_session" session cookie, secured (HttpOnly, Secure), valid for 30 days or until sign-out. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

Retention periods: [To be provided — periods to approve for each category (accounts, inactive buyers, logs) · D-05]. No automatic deletion runs until they are approved.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent.

In the app, a buyer's broker (or a brokerage administrator) can export all of that buyer's data in a structured format or delete it permanently. A broker can close their account.

Security

• Strict data isolation between brokerages, verified by automated tests.
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, sign-in attempt limiting.
• Access to a buyer's data restricted to their brokerage.
